First things first, I'm all about embracing the beautiful chaos that comes from being mixed. We have this terrible habit in our country where it’s one side or the other. But I’m here to tell you today, that’s division and not love.
And if you’re not about uniting or bringing people together. You’re the problem.

My husband, Ashton, and I have one daughter together, Declynn. In the past two years, we have felt a tug on our heart to adopt a child and grow. We are very open about the whole process and love to share our journey to encourage others who may be in the same position as we are.
